DYLAN STANSFIELD Director & Head Coach

With years of individual football coaching experience, Dylan without a doubt is the New Zealand’s most recognised 1v1 coach. To date he has individually coached, mentored and guided over 150 competitive players, while achieving FIRSTCLASS results in the process. Dylan’s motivation to start FCF Training came from his love of training individually, which gave him the best chance of achieving his own footballing goals. While struggling with knowing WHAT to practice, HOW to train and what he needed to do in order to translate training to improvements on game-day. Dylan has now devoted his career to Firstclass Football Training. While him and his team of coaches balance Individual Coaching, Training and playing the beautiful game Semi-Professionally.

PLAYER

Dylan is a recognised goalscorer who’s played as a youth international and has been established as a ASB Premiership (NZL National League) player since 2012 (as a 18 year old) playing primarily as a Centre Forward. He has also excelled playing in the Northern Premier League, scoring over 65 Career goals and registering as many assists in just over 100 Northern league appearances.




BEN ROBERTS Individual Coach

Ben is a experienced 1v1 coach and crucial member of the team. His enthusiasm and love of the game are infectious. Ben’s expertise, attention to detail and love of everything football make him ideal coach for any dedicated player.

PLAYER

Ben has played National League for Waitakere United and has been involved in various Northern Premier Leagues since he was 17 years of age. Known as a composed midfielder with an eye for goal, Ben is Mr Consistent with an eye for the extraordinary. Having notable seasons, leading the goalscoring for Westlake Boys High School First 11 in 2011 and for Forrest Hill Milford Premiers as a 21 year old in 2015.



Scott Hilliar Individual Coach

COACH

Scott is a dedicated individual who is devoting his career to individual training, in early 2018 Scott started to work with players in Wellington and he’s keen to expand his network and help as many players in the Capital as he possibly can. He has also found success as a team and academy coach, in 2018 winning a  National Championship Coaching Scots College U15’s.

PLAYER

Scott is one of New Zealands Premier players, finding success with various National League teams since his debut in 2013. Notably in 2018 Scott is an integral part of the Team Wellington team that Won the Oceania Champions League, in December him and his team will travel to Dubai to compete in the FIFA Club World cup. Scott has also had successful spells playing with Central United (Auckland) and Richmond Athletic (Australia).
